Questions people ask
- Is Bhild's service call really free?
- As advertised: Free diagnostic on every service call, including an assessment of the AC system. No repair requirement is stated in their advertising. Confirm when scheduling. Ask them what you owe if you decide not to repair.
- What does Cool Rush Air charge to come out?
- Right now: $0 service call — no diagnostic fee (through October 31). Otherwise our diagnostic visit is $69.00, and every repair is priced in writing before work starts.
- What should I ask before booking any "free" service call?
- Ask three things: what you owe if you decline the repair, whether the free visit includes a written diagnosis, and whether nights or weekends cost more. A clear answer to all three is a good sign.
